    The Weds, Thursday, Friday barkeep has a chip on her shoulder and can be really, extraordinarily nasty. I choose to go there Tues. and Thursdays when Tanner is behind the bar.

    Denny: 1.5 frozen bananas. 1 cup Greek zero fat yogurt. 1 cup Silk almond milk. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Run in the blender for a very long time. Pour out into two throw away plastic glasses.
